    (i) No network: If a mobile phone is unable to connect to a network, it may be due to a failure in one of the following components:

    • Antenna: The antenna is responsible for receiving and transmitting radio signals, and a failure in the antenna may prevent the phone from connecting to the network.
    • Radio frequency (RF) amplifier: The RF amplifier is responsible for amplifying the radio signals received by the antenna, and a failure in the amplifier may prevent the phone from detecting the network.
    • Baseband processor: The baseband processor is responsible for processing the radio signals and connecting to the network, and a failure in the processor may prevent the phone from connecting to the network.

(ii) Phone not charging: If a mobile phone is not charging, it may be due to a failure in one of the following components:

    • Charging port: The charging port is responsible for connecting the phone to the charging source, and a failure in the port may prevent the phone from charging.
    • Charging cable: The charging cable is responsible for carrying the charging current from the charging source to the phone, and a failure in the cable may prevent the phone from charging.
    • Battery: The battery stores the electrical energy that powers the phone, and a failure in the battery may prevent the phone from charging.
    • Charging circuit: The charging circuit is responsible for regulating the charging process and ensuring that the battery is charged safely, and a failure in the circuit may prevent the phone from charging.
