2. Use headphones or speakers when listening to music or videos: To avoid disturbing others, employees should use headphones or speakers when listening to music or videos on their phones. This will prevent the sound from being heard by others and will help to create a more peaceful and productive work environment.
3. Keep phones on silent or vibrate mode: To avoid disrupting meetings or other work activities, employees should keep their phones on silent or vibrate mode. This will prevent loud ringtones or notifications from interrupting the flow of work.
