(i) Disk defragmenter: A disk defragmenter is a utility program that reorganizes the files on a hard disk drive so that they are stored in contiguous blocks. This improves the performance of the computer by reducing the time it takes to access files.
(ii) Disk clean-up: A disk clean-up utility program is used to remove unnecessary files from a hard disk drive. This can include temporary files, old backups, and files that are no longer needed. Removing these files can free up disk space and improve the performance of the computer.
(iii) File management: A file management utility program provides tools for organizing, searching for, and manipulating files on a computer. This can include features such as creating and deleting folders, renaming files, and moving files between folders. A file manager can also provide additional functionality such as file compression, encryption and decryption.
