I am writing to report on the findings of the investigation into the decline in customer numbers at Uwezo Supermarket over the past three months.
Through interviews with staff and customers, as well as analysis of sales data, we have identified several key factors contributing to the decline.
Firstly, many customers have reported that they are unhappy with the quality of some of the products being sold at Uwezo Supermarket. In particular, there have been complaints about produce being past its expiration date, and about the selection of products being limited.
