There are three main levels of management in an organization:

1. Top management: Top management consists of the highest level of executives in an organization, such as the CEO, CFO, and President. They are responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction of the organization, and making major decisions that affect the entire company.
2. Middle management: Middle management consists of managers at the departmental or divisional level, such as directors and managers of sales, marketing, and operations. They are responsible for implementing the strategies and policies set by top management, and for managing the day-to-day operations of their respective departments or divisions.
3. Lower management: Lower management consists of supervisors and team leaders who are responsible for managing the work of front-line employees. They are responsible for setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing support and direction to their team members.
