2. Security risks: ICT can be vulnerable to security risks, such as cyber attacks or data breaches, which can compromise sensitive information and damage the organization’s reputation.
3. Lack of personal interaction: ICT can limit personal interaction and can be less effective for building relationships and trust.
4. Miscommunication: ICT can lead to miscommunication, as it is often difficult to convey tone and emotion through electronic communication, and misunderstandings can occur.
5. Accessibility issues: Not all employees may have access to ICT, or may have limited access due to their location or device availability. This can create communication barriers and hinder teamwork and collaboration.
6. Cost: Implementing and maintaining ICT systems can be expensive, and may not be feasible for smaller organizations or those with limited budgets.
7. Lack of privacy: ICT can compromise privacy, as electronic communication can be easily monitored and recorded.
